This is to bring to the notice of competent authority unwarranted and illegal behaviour on the part of the organisation, CitiFinancial India. I have been receiving unwarranted telephone calls on my mobile (+[protected] for the past 6 to 8 months from one of their contracted collection agencies (details of the individual and the telephone number mentioned below) for a what matter completely unconnected to me.

Please note there are no dues pending on the account no. 5766719 (TVS Scooty pep)
I am regulary getting calls from CF side to pay around 6500 Rs remaining for cheque bounce charges; please note there was problem with ECS payments with IDBI bank and several times i had spoken with CF associates and Manager to close my ECS and made it cash @ Indore Branch and already have handed over my bank statement...

I am manoj kurmr singh, working in pepsico india gurgaon.my contact no is [protected].from citifinancial regularly I am getting sms & cal for loan due amount.But I have nt taken any loan from citifinancial.They are regularly disturb me for payment.Plz help me and take action againt citi.Why citi is disturbing me.
