I request for an Personal Loan in your bank at sec-18, noida. but after some time i didn't want to loan so that i told in your bank that i don't want loan but you drop cheque in my account. When i told about this matter in Bank they told me sir 'Loan Has been senstion for ytou and you have to take it. Finally i ask about rate of interest they told me 36% . but before they promisseed to give me rate of interest 18 %. After some day one installment has been cleared from my account. Now i m not using this account. and got abusing from your bank to pay loan. if you want to get back money adjust rate of interest otherwise i will have to go consumar court because i didn't sign on rec cheque from you. and i am giving an final warnning to you that if i got any phone call from your side then i will have to help from Police also because i got phone calls from a long time and my familly is in very tension. "Agar Hare saath kuschbe hua to tum logo par main achi taraha law and order dikya dunga." so don't make phone call from you and adjust rate of interest if you want money back.

Now Vincent is telling me to fill-up indemnity bond with stamp of Rs 100 to get new cheque. Firstly, I have never received above cheque (as letter is misplaced @ CITIBANK's office b'coz Speed-post department is saying that they have returned post "ET[protected]IN" to CITIBANK)...so there is no question of signing indemnity bond with spending of Rs 100 @ my end...secondly, I have to give stop payment request for my 2 security cheques...for which I have to pay Rs 250 per instruction to my bank...that too should be refunded by CITIBANK (as post is not lost @ my end) and I should get a letter saying that these cheques will not be misused by CITIBANK in future.
I am dissapointed and frustrated with a CITIBANK's system by now (but still quiet - that does not mean I will remain quiet)...but b'coz of 45 days delay in solving above query, I will take action 1) highlight this issue to press/print/electronic media, 2) write/send all details to RBI and 3) file a case in consumer court.
Before I take above action I would like to give a fair chance to CITIBANK to take necessary steps in this matter and resolve it at the earliest and send me refund of Rs 5261.67 within 7 working days to avoid further consequence.

This is to bring to your notice that I have taken Personal loan from you vide Loan A/c no. 12441224 and for the same an EMI amount i.e. Rs.2304/- is debited through ECS from our SBI account.
The last ECS was done from my SBI account was in MARCH 2008 and as per your negotiation with the SBI gets disturbed you stopped taking the EMI through ECS as what informed from your KOLKATA office, they asked to deposit the EMI through CASH only every month.
Your executive visits every moth from APRIL 2008 to our residence to collect the EMI in the form of CASH and also provided the receipt for the same.
After depositing the EMI every month in cash, you have taken money through ECS from my SBI account on 05/10/2008 for Rs.4608/- i.e. an amount of two EMI's.
Now today you have send SMS to deposit the EMI on an urgent basis of Rs.2304/-, as you have already withdrawn Rs.4608/- as advance without intimating to us and now you are asking more amount to deposit what you are trying to fool us or trying to cheat towards this loan in withdrawing the amount without any information to us.
We had already lodged FIR in KHARDAH POLICE STATION vide complaint no.725 dated 07.11.2008 along with your executive present at the moment of filling the FIR towards your fraudulent act in making ECS after stopping from your side only by intimating that cash will be deposited and now you have withdrawn two EMI's as advance, why?
Keeping in view of your reputation just look into the matter on an urgent basis else your are forcing us to take judicial action on your fraud which you are continuing first by debiting by ECS and now sending SMS for more funds while you have already taken two advance EMI'S
Waiting for your quick response in clarifying your stand as we do not want to say that CITI FINANCIAL IS A CHEATER AND DO FRAUDS in taking the EMI amount.

I too had a very bab experience with citi financial . In this bank the collection department is senseless, even after telling them the date on which u will be making the payment, they keep calling say that no one had updated with ur information ... server is down ... they keep pressuring saying that we have pressure from our manager, ...If the EMI is not cleared I get 20 calls per day .This will continue till the day I pay my EMI. They will not understand any thig even iafter telling them that I am buzz in a meeting they keep calling ... i[censored] dont pick their call they ringing till u pick the call...

Dear Sir,I am Sri Swaraj Bose resides at 224/1/H/3, Bagmari Road, Kolkata : - 700 054. I had took a Personal Loan of Rs. 25000/- from Citi Financial Consumer Limited in the year 2006, 2nd November. After Deduction of Tax, Procesing Charges etc I had got an amount of Rs. 21642/- against Chque no: -748926. From 5th of December, 2006 to Till the date (ie:- 18/1/2009) except only one month November, 2008. I have paid Rs. 31000/-. Now I cant pay any more. But they are threatning me to Pay more Rs. 28500/-. As now it is not possible for me to pay the huge amount. They demand me Rs.59500/- against Loan amount Rs.25000/-. They now threat me that If I will not pay this balance amount then thye will atack me in my house, they can do anything with my family & me also.Today i was doing my lunch at 2.30"o clock on that time a call has come to my office from Citi Finacial Consumer Limited.My collig recd that call, they told my collig that today is my last lunch. I am very much afraid, please do me some favour. I am waiting for your reply. My family also in a fear. My father condition is not good. He is suffering from Heart Deases. I think it is the time to get your system upgradeted and get some good executive who properly knows the manner to speak to a customer. On the first point which i raised is that your collection dept. doesn't know whether the pay ment is received or not.5 times i received the call saying Dude you haven't paid the installment of march which i did, i was forced to give the paid slip again and again if i had given it once so i think that's enough it is your mistake you executive did not updated in you system.
Secondly the worst part is the female executives(not all). How cheap your bank is, is this your standard Citifinancial ! which you maintain with your customers, can't you replace them with some good option.I think you have picked them up from a local fish market.
I understand there are many customer with whom you have to dealout in an agressive manner. But not to your genuein customer. Your bank is not doing any favour to me if you had passed my loan so you are charging the interset againts the specific amount and you are receiving it on regular interval.
So i just i made a mistake to choose your bank i just hate your bank. Citifinacial doesn't have any professionalism in it.It just like a local person who runs out his intrest bussiness. And suck the blood like a bed bugs.

CITIFINANCIAL is the worst financial firm which provides loan to people. they main objective is to suck blood of needy (financially weaken/needy) people and make profits by screwing them. I wish i could have the power to withdrawn all rights and permissions to do business in our country so that i could have saved such people from harrassement.

Personal Loan — Representative keeps on calling
Even after repeated promising of the final day of payment on Loan amount different representatives keeps on calling for monthly installment to be payed, and when sayed "i have already spoken to one of your representative on this and told him the day when i can make the payment, the representative response very rudely and un professionally, i am planning to take this issue to the highest possible even to the consumer court if required.hope they change their approach otherwise it will take them down to dust
