[Resolved]  CITIFINANCIAL / PERSONAL LOAN — PERSONAL LOAN

I WAS FILLING APPLICATION TO CITI FINANCIAL FOR PERSONAL LOAN IN OCTOBER MONTH, AFTER PASSING APPLICATION THEY HAD APPROVED LOAN OF AMOUNT 64000/- AND RATE OF INT. 18% AND THE INSTALLMENT IS 2294/-. BUT AFTER CHEKING EMI I FOUND THEY GAVE ME 18% FIXED RATE NOT REDUCING BALANCE RATE. SO I WAS CANCELLED MY LOAN AND SAID PLEASE RETURN MY FOUR CHEQUES WHICH IS GIVEN THEM.

AFTER ONE MONTH THEY WERE DIRECTLY DEPOSIT A CHEQUE OF RS. 31000/- ON MY BANK ACCOUNT. I WAS CONTACT TO CUTOMER CARE AND FOUND THEY WERE PASSED A LOAN OF 35000/- AMOUNT AND A HIGHER RATE OF 30% FIXED RATE AND EMI IS 1848/-. I HAVE COMPLAIND TO CUSTOMER CARE.

BUT I AM MENTALY DISTURBED WHAT I DO. PLEASE SUGGEST ME.

CITIFINANCIAL /CONSUMER LOAN — NOT ISSUING THE CHEQUE IN MY NAME

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Bipranil Dasgupta, having a consumer loan in citifinancial consumer finance India ltd.loan a/c no.15415891 from 05-sep-2008.At the time of senctioning the loan they gave me two cheque one Rs.30000/- is in the name of mine and another one was in the name of my existing HSBC loan a/c no.of Rs25000/- to foreclose the existing HSBC loan.At that time I accept the deal because I thought my liability will reduce ,But when i went to HSBC to deposit the cheque for foreclose the HSBC loan they said ,my total outstanding was around Rs 42000/-then I thought that I have to pay another Rs42000-Rs25000=Rs 17000/-.At that time I was not in a position to pay the remaining amount to foreclose the HSBC loan,So I went to the Citifinancial office and request the Manager Mr.Jagjit Gandhi of Dalhousie Branch to Change the cheque into my name or reduce the principal amt of 25000/- from my loan amt. because I cant able to close the HSBC loan account,Mr Gandhi said me it is not possible you have to take the cheque to foreclose the HSBC loan othrwise there is no option.

Now the story change a bit,After a long span today I went to citifinancial Kakurgachi Office there after telling the story they accept the cheque and deduct the 25000/-amt. from my principal amt. with increase interest rate.Now my complain is if this is possible then why they didnot accept the cheque Earlier,I paid the EMI for the amt which I didnot utilise..........Please reply I am in Dilemma.

I have been paying the installments regular till Nov 2009 through ECS on 5th of every month. In December 2009, i could not deposit the amount as there were some bundh/strikes by 5th. Your customer care people informed me telephonically to deposit before 11th and the samewas cleared on 12th. However, as your people have been calling i.c.w. Mr. Kalesh (or Duddekula Kalesh) during 12th-15th Dec 2009 and told that my EMI has not been cleared. But keeping in view of my above lapse, inadvertently i replied, if it not cleared, i wil pay the same.

After that when i received the next call/calls on the next day i explained the matter clearly. Further i informed your customer care centre also and they told that nothing is in their hands and the nubmer from their data-base will be deleted only after 15 days. But i still received calls (5-10 calls initially till 24th and about 20 calls a day during 25-29, most of them are un answered from your end or no voice) from [protected]/[protected]. and recently calls have been received from [protected] asking for Kalesh.

This is very disturbing and creating mental agony and tension. Moreover, your people have not trained enough to listen the problem or do not want to solve the problem of your customer.

Please do the needful otherwise i need to take legal advice/action.

CITYFINANCE thier agent are totaly fraud...my brother has sanctioned a loan amt 38000...but he got only 25000 amt. of cheque and rate of interest also converted 1.5% to 3.2%...even...when i go to confirm my EMI at Gill road thier DMA office the agent told me that u have 30 EMI...but now after six month when i take summary they mentioned 36 EMI, even that the agent also deducted 2500 from my 25000 of cheque .now the agent is out of communication...n my brother paid totally 21 emi...if rate of interest and EMI also will decrease then he can paid otherwise not...

Citi finance personal loan — paid full amount

I paid full amount of Citi finance personal loan taken from Citi finance, even though they complained in Sebi as defaulter, how do i rectify this. Recently I applied for persomal loan in HDFC they rejected for this reason even though my salary account with HDFC bank. I am applying for vechile loan with Bajaj finance, It creates any problem regarding this. kindly get me solutions as soon possible. I[censored] want in will give u the full details regarding my personal loan,

i am having a personal loan from citifinancial, my loan a/c number is15340524, i had already paid 14 instalments including the current month jan 2010, and i pending EMI 4 instalments. my problem is recently chenged my company now i working in L & T, i was joined before 15 days so i request to you please give one month time (25 march 2010) i will pying next EMI reg so please understand my problem. your But the Collection Agents are haunting me, every now and then.
So request you to suggest a way to resume my EMI's please give one chance of 25 march 2010 thanking you sir.

Dear Sir,
As i taken the loan from citi finance for past one year ago and i make the repayment every month regularly. one or two month i mde the bounced and make the cash payment within the stipulated month. but the citi finance people going on asking the bank charges payment. they are treatning me i[censored] r not make the payment surely i wil add on to the sebi then u are not eligible for taking the future loan. pls advice me wat to do???

Citi financial is 300% frauds i took a loan amount of rs . 42, 000 at the time of taking a loan they have told me that my interset is 15% after my 2 month payment i came to know that they have charged for me 49% interest.Pls dont take loans from citi financial group.They pakka 420.They sack money from customers i never expected that any bank will do like this.so i feel like killing my self know tell me what to do they are keep on asking for money money only . . . .
