i am planned to get Rs 50, 000/- amount loan in CITI Fin, please suggest

has anyone heard of a partnership of citi financial, which they call themselves citi financial, they approved my loan for $5000.00 with 9% interest which will be $228 a month. now the part that bothers me is that they say they are not the original citi financial, they are partners with them and they do high risk loans. the other thing that bothers me is that they faxed me an agreement which requires me to send $500.00 for insurance premium for the loan. held in trust for a period of 1 year. there letter head is from citi financial, in trenton, nj. can anyone shed any light here? thanks

I am a customer of citifinancial from last 3years and i have taken three loans, two loans are cleared and i m paying regular installments for 3rd loan dat was for 75, 000/- now my problem is dat i m unable to updat my bank a/c on due date n dats y cheques putted by u get bounced every time n u can understand dat this is making a negative impression on citifinancial as i[censored] ll check my payment history u will get to know dat all my payments were on time. related to collection of money i recd a call from ur cceand i requested to tell dem abt the procedure as i dont want to bear more bouncing charges and want to apy all my installment in cash now but dey ppl were not aware of the procedure. ur collection team wants money dats it...dey r nt ready to understand wat is my problm? i request u ppl to pls let me know abt d details hw i can stop my cheques and make d payment in cash...

I took some personal loan from Citi Financial and I had paid 24 months and september month emi -3248/ not paid and Informed to citi financial people that i will pay next month due to jobless, But these people keep mental harassing and coming to home . I cont arrange now . But i can pay in 2 months time all the amount .

please help me how to face this. Really I requested them, But there keep calling and sending people to my residence for only one payments.

i m rajbir sharma maine citi finanical se 2006 me 24000-/ ka ek loan liya tha jiska intallment maine may2007 tak diya tha phir maine apna loan top kara liya tha citi finanical na bake balance ko katkar 20000 thousand ka loan mujhe diya par mujhe yah nahi bataya ke mera total loan kitane ma pass hua tha our mujhe interest bhi nahi batya gaya tha 2007 se ab tak maine 2yrs ke intallment pay kar chuka hu our agar inke office me jata hu to inka department 18 months ka our intallment bataa hai our mera bank 8 months ke kyo ki inke intallmnt mere mere bank se esc lagte hai our mare loan ke statement magane par bhi yah mujhe statement deta nahi hai pls es problam par help kare

Citifinancial — Disturbing Calls from recovery Agents

Madam/Sir,

This is with refrence to Personal loan runing with citifinancial my loan no is 13929937.From last few months i am paying regularly on 12th of every month inspite of this the recovery agents keeps on disturbing me for non paying the installment.This month i have paid the installment on 12th nov through cheque no-104313 of IDBI bank,and the agency who recieved the Cheque was BSA infomedia.Their mention receipt no is 91582 with customer copy no 66001.The cheque got cleared from my account on 16th nov. After paying the installment since that day i am continously receiving the calls from recovery bothering me with reminder calls against paid installment.I am a working female and cant afford the botheration during working, off and odd hours.

i have paid full of loan amount in 2006 and i have got the N.O.C.no.( 181651 ) issued on dated[protected].
i tried for housing loan from other bank dated on[protected]. they didnt accepted my file & cleared that for the above loan you are in the RIGHT OF ( CIBIL )so i dont understand after issue the N.O.C. WHY DID YOU PUT MY ACCOUNT IN CIBIL...
so please reply me as soon as possible what is the reason behind my case.

i was taken the earlier loan was froM CITIFINANCE the loan account no is 1664873 n i was done the full payment of the loan but than also in cibil my loan was running i am having the closuer letter also som please update in cibil

VIKASH FROM PUSHPA VIHAR TO COME WITH YOUR ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS, I WENT TO CITI FINACIAL OFFICE AT PUSHPA VIHAR, NEW DELHI WHERE THEY (CITI FINANCIAL PEOPLE) ASKED ME THAT MY APPLICATION HAS BEEN APPROVED AND NOW I HAVE TO GAVE THEM 05 CHEQUE AND MY LOAN APPLICATION SENCTIONED AMOUNT IS RS. 3, 95, 000/-. AND MY MONTHLY EMI WILL BE RS. 12, 870/-. OF 48 MONTHS ALTHOUGH I WAS NOT AGREED BUT DUE TO HIGH PRESSOR FROM CITI FINANCIAL PEOPLE AT THEIR OFFICE I HAD TO AGREE AND SIGN MY 05 CHEQUES AND HANDOVER TO THEM WITH THE ASSURANCE THAT MY LOAN CHEQUE IS READY AND WILL BE DELIVED TO ME AT MY HOUSE ADDRESS WITH IN 01 HOURS IN THE SAME DAY ON 27.11.2009 SO I CAME BACK TO HOUSE BUT AFTER SIGNINGS ALL DOCUMENTS.

NOW TODAY IS 01.12.2009 IT IS ALREADY 05TH DAY SINCE I HAVE SIGNED MY LOAN DOCUMENTS AND I HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS DEAL WITH SOME ONE AND I HAVE LOOSE FUNDS ALSO DUE TO DEALY IN PAYMENT FROM CITI FINANCIAL PEOPLE.
