[Resolved]  City Limouzines India Ltd — Unable to get back my principal amount.

have invested in this company under Regd Folio No.DLR 13276/29698R &DLR 13637/30259 Raround 2.70 Lakhs, but suddenly the company is under scanner, i don't know what is happening in all the branches in Delhi and has been closed, please help me in this issue what is status and results about the investment. I have invested in City Limozine scheme but the cheque got bounced. Then
I received a letter to attend the meeting which was held at wilson college. Also it was mentioned that the investor would get the return at 7% interest as per RBI norms. Kindly tell me when will it be disbursed.

I want to know immediately about this complaint column.

When our registered complaint will be proceed with positive action by City Limouzine? How soon and effectively our submitted complaint works and reaches to the desk of concerned person of City Limouzine? Is our each and every complaint is getting noted by City Limouzine Authoirised person for further action? Or being Indian shall we get support from Govt.of India to get back our money from City Limouzine? Or any political party will help us to get back our investment? What is the way to reach to helping authorities to seek help of our invested money back from City Limouzine?

CAN ANYONE REPLY TO MY ABOVE QUERIES? AS I THINK BY THIS TIME SOME OUTCOME SHOULD HAVE PUBLISHED BY CITY LIMOUZINE IF THEY HAVE GONE THRU OUR THESE COMPLAINTS. OR ELSE OUR MAIN PURPOSE OF GETTING BACK MONEY WILL NEVER BE SORTED OUT BY CITY LIMOUZINE AND SUBMITTING OUR COMPLAINTS WILL ONLY HELP US JUST TO SHARE OUR PRACTICAL/REALISTIC FEELING WITH EACH OTHER I.E. WITH OTHER INVESTROS AT OUR WORST FINANCIAL STATE OF LIEE.

I am a client of City Limouzines India Ltd. I received 12 cheques of amount Rs. 17541 and from aug-2009, I diposited same cheque in my Bank, Which has been bounced with narration "Insufficent Balance".
I called on City Limouzines India Ltd help line for same, but I didn't get any satisfactory response from help line, I called on "Toll Free / 24X7 Helpline: 23814792" at 2:16 PM on dated 12-Sep-2009 a lady picked the call and she didn't show any interest to resolve my querry/concern she hanged the phone with stating that "We will dispatch a letter after 20th Sep then check."


As per my knowledge and as per company websites "City Limouzines" India Ltd. and ISO approved company.

I sent mail regarding same on given e mail ID "[protected]@citylimouzines.com" but till date I am not getting any revert from company.

It is very very serious case, If company is going to Fraud then It will impact all investors.
I request you please take legal action against City Limouzines India Ltd.

I at the end want to konw who are responsible and will they punish ??

Do we all get our at least principal amount. If yes, then when do we
expect it ?

Or do we hope that No body in India and abroad will take care of
us.
