[Resolved] Cleartrip — ticket not issued even after the payment | |||
i hav tried to book an air ticket(air india)through sbi internet banking from chennai to singapore and singapore to chennai (round trip) via clear trip on 16.6.2011..but my ticket is not issued even after the payment is made ,,my sbi account shows that 16060 rs has been debited ...pls send a suggestion or solve my problem...my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com and i was supposed to book tickets for 29th june and 1st july, but now i am clue less as my money has debited from my account ticket with out getting ticket Was this information helpful? | |||

The Trip Id provide by your office are [protected]/ [protected]/ [protected] aginst which a amount of Rs.19, 818/- was debited on 10-Aug-12 in clear trip account towards the failed booking transition.
As per the HDFC officials the amount is credited in clear trip account’s, Requesting you to please refund the amount at the earliest.
Also the bank statement was sent to your mail id [protected]@cleartrip.com on 21 august but still i have not recived ant satisfactory response from your end.
