[Resolved]  Club Mahindra Holidays — poor service and no refund

I am a Naval officer by profession and since hardly got time to take my family out, i thought that the Mahindra Holidays would be the best thing ever happened to me.But unfortunately it ended in bitter ways which i would narrate it in the next few paragraphs.On 10th April 09, I called up Mahindra Holidays and it happened to be their 10th anniversary and i was told I am amongst 1st twenty five people who have got lot of freebies if i take the membership promptly. Mr.Arshad Ahmed (Sales rep.) immediately gave me a call that he is landing up in my house in a few hours which he did and very smartly convinced us to take up the membership..Following holiday packages totally contravenes with what we were conveyed by the sales Representative.

(a) You can avail holidays ( 3 weeks bonus package) immediately irrespective of Purple, Red, White & blue season.

(b) You only have to pay Rs.2.5 lacs for a period of 25 years and you enjoy holidays.No mention of ASF(Annual subscription fee).

(c) Mr Ahmed assured that he would ensure that i can avail holidays in end May09.

(d) Give me a call anytime if you have problems or any queries.Always avoided calls on the pretext of meetings or I am busy.(Mr.Ashraf ahmed).

I asked him how much you are going to bluff me Mr. Ahmed bcos nothing as mentioned above exists he replied and threatened me that "if you cancel your membership you wont get any money in return and i will ensure that".I complained to their call centre about his behaviour and they replied that cancellation can be done through email or asking your sales Rep.(COMPLAINT NO.[protected].I told them he has behaved in a rude manner as if i am dealing with a petty shopkeeper who tells you if you want to return the item then "Goods once sold cannot be returned back".

I have paid Rs.26, 000 approx and would like to get my refund but nobody from the company gets in touch with me...they just send email that they would get in touch but nobody has spoken to me since then...
