Sir iam a lifetime clubmahindra member and my member id si 45576 and iam residing at no 28 sitting market vellore I have booked a holiday at ooty for 3 adults and two kids from 26 to 29 and at kodaikanal from 29 to 2 due to season time i got a hotel unit in ooty and 1 br apartment in kodai the reservation member told me that it is a hotel uit in ooty and can accomodate 2 but i have informed them hat we are 3 adults and 2 kids my kids they are twins and about 2 years old they said i[censored] can ajust u can but when i droped in ooty the resort manager informed me pay and extra charges for an extra person but at the time of reservation they have not infromed me abt the payment to be paid for and extra person this is not a fair thing we have travelled from vellore all the way to ooty for to enjoy our holiday but the resort persons are making a hell and creating a lots and lots of problems over here in ooty the club mahindra resort in ooty is names a derby green the old dasprakash hotel its been renovated I dont know why club mahindra at a time of taking the membership promises to do all the things but when taken membership they dont care the member they just go that way when asked for a particular booking for a resort they tell its running full and u can take other resort i[censored] want iam a purple studio member they infor me thats ur a priority member and u get the bookings first but all gone watse i have been cheated and wated my money for this idiotic membership i dont know why they are maintaining such a poor resort where money is the problem all are cheateres Was this information helpful? I agree many has been cheated like this i donts know why mahindra wanna create a resort like this and appoint staff like this and book a fraud booking amd make everyone suffer members are ur assets u have to treat them properly if one member is treated and feel all are wasted and cheated this goes on spreading a bad name and making to loose some members make it serious about booking and treating the customers members are consumers pls treat them

Hello sir its nice that you have joined a worst number comapany in india club mahindra is a waste many of my friends have been cheated like this when compared sterling resort is good but better you can spend your money directly i dont know why wasting a money for this frauds just cancel your membership and get your money back but be sure to get it beacuse many have not got money back this matters govt should take care and see why the company like this creating and spoilling all giving fake promises

Sir this is true ur a member u have booked ur holiday its thier fault to give u hotel unit or a studio apartment or a 1 bed room aprtmet ur numbers are 3 adults and 2 kids they are twins and 2 yr age i think they are un countable but charging for extra person in the resort is unfair the reservation cell has to indform u that u have to pay for an extra person but its thier fault to do it kindly dont pay an extra charges this is ur resort and ur member a consumer u cannot be cheated like this u call up the manager and inform

Sir iam a member here i have called the reservation cell and made complaints abt this but they are not giving any proper response for it and that too o have mailed a complaint to mahindra feedback form but still there is no use of it let them charge but one thing they have not given any extra bed for extra person to stay that is unfair and this is worst holiday in my life for ever

I was thinking of taking their membership. But after going through comments like yours I have dropped the idea .It is better to book a holiday directly every year instead of having such kind of memberships.
The Co. Is perhaps not taking your complaints seriously and they are living in fools paradise too ignore the power of internet and no. Of complaints floating there. In fact I found complaints sites quite useful while taking decisions for any major purchase.
