[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Non-receipt of Refund | |||
Hi, I got a club mahindra membership and was told by one Mr. Joy from the Andheri office that I would get the full refund of my amount INR 15,564 should I cancel my membership within a stipulated period. He also mentioned that I will receive the full refund and that this will be done in 45 working days. I raised the cancellation request in February 1st week (i don't even remember, it was that long!) and am yet to receive the check. Whenever i called their offices, they would say that they would get back to me in 2 working days. I am putting on record that I got this response 8 times both from the infamous "Joy" and their hapless customer care executives. 20 days back I had called them again and was told that my check would be disbursed by 10 May 2010 through Blue DART courier. I gave it a try and called them today (14 May 2010), and the response i get is that your membership was cancelled just yesterday and you will receive the check in the next 10 days (atmost). I have waited for nearly double the stipulated time and hence am giving it a final try. Hope i get my refund back. My membership number was 1708701. Was this information helpful? | |||

even i am also member of the club mahindra and my membership no. 23499533 and i have paid Rs.16833/- to them and they also offer me the scheme is something and on the paper is something and immediately decided to cancelled my membership i have send my mail for cancellation but there was no reply from chennai office then one day i have received a mail that our mumbai office will contact to you but no one has contact after some day Ms. Preeti singh called my and telling me you want refund then after som day she saying you get only 35% to 40% refund why for what reason you are harrising to the customers. that means you are not getting the customrs and if you get then giving falls committment any taking the money then ultimitely customers fedup with your service then you not giving proper reply to the customers. still i am not getting my refund of Rs.16833/-
