[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Not Returned Booking Amount which is returnable | |||
I have enrolled for Club Mahindra membership in Jan/09 and given booking amount of Rs 50000/- Member ID:- 1432919 Due to some reasons I have send email to stop EMI on Feb 5 2009 and cancel Club mahindra membership on Jul 1 2009. But they have not returned a single rupee from my booking amount. This should not be done as its not a small amount for a middle class family. Was this information helpful? | |||

This is Ankur Khakhar here. I too have been a victim of the fraud/ cheating by club mahindra. I am going to take this fight with these unethical and fraudulant practices. But you and I alone can not do much, we need to get united and we need to get other such people who are being and have been fooled by Club Mahindra.
Please get in touch with me if you want to join me in legal proceedings aginst them. If we get more people joining hands, we will launch a social campaign against these unfair practices.
