Beware with the Sales Tactics and false promises of Mahindra Sales Team and Management. I have been cheated and betrayed. The following is the letter I have to addressed to Mahindra Holidays which I want to share with you all so that I will have atleast satisfaction of saving others.

As a member, earlier I had some bitter experiences with Mahindra Holidays and I was not keen in renewal of yearly membership and not paid ASF for two years, I have not received any reminder calls or mails or letters regarding the payment of ASF. Recently, on my own I have decided to renew my membership after getting clarifications of my issues and made several visits to your branch but unfortunately there was no proper guidance, support and executives there were irresponsible and non co-operative and as a final trial, I have made a call to your Customer Care and requested to depute one Senior and responsible executive to renew my membership by resolving my issues, it was nice to mention there was a good response from your customer care and deputed Ms. Hannah Shellas, Senior Executive - Member relations, Secunderabad Branch to my office.

Ms. Hannah Shellas has come up with all details such as holidays credit in my account, payment due etc. After discussions and negotiations an understanding has been reached between me and Hannah Shellas on[protected] as a package which includes crediting of 28 days holidays to my account against the payment of A.S.F for 3 years, up-gradation from Red Membership to Purple Membership i.e. towards the settlement of initial offer of signing the membership in 2006, credit of lapsed 7 days and also crediting of 14 days holiday for which fraud has taken place by booking of 14 days holidays in the name o[censored]nknown persons [Namely : Patrizia Lubrano and Prikko Tuovinen] which we have not booked or used or not authorized to anyone. The fraud is such recently when I want to book a holiday before the payment of 2 years ASF, the answer was I am not entitled to book holiday because I have not paid my ASF for last 2 years. In such case how these holidays were booked in my account that to 2 rooms from 19-01-10 to 26-01-10 / 14 day holidays which was earlier to payment of me A.S.F. which I have paid on[protected].

Before making the payment for 3 years ASF and up-gradation from RED MEMBERSHIP to PURPLE MEMBERSHIP I have repeatedly questioned her about the authority of fulfilling the commitment she has made to me and in turn she replied very strongly that "I am authorized to do so and committed that she will come back to me with confirmation in written within 3 days but it was more than 30 days she has not turned up, then I forced to take up this issue seriously and 3 days back I made complaint to your customer care wide complaint no.2464668 then, I have received the Holiday Usage Statement, dated 22nd & 26th October which is surprised to see that only 5.6 days [Red 7 days] holidays was credit to my account by showing 11.2 days [Red 14 days] as holidays booked and 5.6 days [Red 7 days] lapsed which is against the commitment of Club Mahindra Holidays.

Now, I understood that Ms. Hannah Shellas, Senior Executive - Member Relations an official representative of Mahindra Holidays has made me fool by using her sales skills to achieve her sales targets. Based on her commitment only I have renewed my membership by paying last 2 years subscription and also paid advance subscription for the next year and also upgraded my membership from red to purple by paying Rs.49,654 through credit card and also authorizing for Rs.12478 per month for 12 months starting from November 2010 to October 2011.

I have made best efforts to solve my issues at your Secunderabad branch and in particularly with Ms. Hannah Shellas, Senior Executive - Member relations, Secunderabad Branch but being my problem is not solved and after receiving the Holiday Usage Statement, dated 22nd & 26th October I forced to make this complaint, which is mainly regarding the credit of 28 days of holiday to my account as per the commitment given by Ms. Hannah Shellas, Senior Executive - Member relations. Secunderabad Branch and irresponsible attitude of your Secunderabad Branch Executives when my manager visited your branch.

I have lodged complaint 3 days back to Mr. Sathya - M.R.E., again lodged the same complaint today also to Mr. Mubarak - M.R.E. and after speaking to different executives at different levels at your corporate office, finally in detailed oral complaint has been lodged to Ms. Aneesha, SME, She is kind enough to listen to my issues and promised to resolve the same within a day.

My complaint is a serious one as my personal ego was affected and taken advantage of my goodness and positive attitude, its a clear case of breach of trust, wrong commitment, misleading and cheating by Ms. Hannah Shellas and Club Mahindra Holidays which is a reputed organization of Mahindra Group.

I request to credit 28 days [7 days per annum for 4 years i.e. 2006, 07, 08 & 09 to my account immediately without taking into the account the 7 days lapsed period clause and 14 days misuse/fraud of holiday utilization which we have not booked or used or not authorized anyone].

If the justice is not done within 2 days, I forced take legal steps of [Civil and Criminal Nature] against Mahindra Holidays and Ms. Hannah Shellas and also I will approach Consumer Court for my rights, I will also conduct press conference and release press notes, I will get the data of all the members of Club Mahindra to share injustice done by Mahindra holidays. Question is not just loss of few holidays but betrayal from Mahindra. In this process even if I lose my time, energy and amount I do not mind because it is a question of self respect and my action may result benefit to my fellow members of Mahindra and also may lead to eye-opening to the Management of Club Mahindra.

Dear Sir

As they are trying to take away our hard earned money by lying to us lets do something that will sweep them off their feet. I am going to start distributing messages outside sales office informing people about the consumer complaints against them. I have got the messages printed and will distribute them with the help of other harassed members. Lets effect their sales and then only they will realize that something has to be done with these compalints.

STAY AWAY from the company Club Mahindra... I am a (un-happy) member too, even after paying so much, I do not get my holidays, they ask us to plan 6 months in advance, all services in their resorts are to be paid extra, dining charges are too high, ASF (annual subscription fees) to be paid extra each year in addition to membership fees (the ASF charges increase every year), not all resorts have kitchenettes... long list of issues which the management doesn;t care for, all they want is to make new members. Indira - please stop posting the same old lines on all the complaints, whatever the resolution, please post it here so that everyone should know what CM is doing for the complaints.
