[Resolved] Club Mahindra Resorts — Big Name - Poor Service, Please be warned | |||
Club Mahidnra Resorts - Falling victim to greed and very poor management and vision, absolutely pathetic offering from a respected and trusted corporate house of India, Mahindra and Mahindra group: Been a member since 2006, following drawbacks to be reported, hope the compnay management takes notice: - they seem to be focused only on registering new members without adding new capacity, absolutely poor service and availability of rooms to existing members, - exhorbitnant charges for food and annual maintenance fees - the resorts are in remote places with poor connectivity and in far flung places, very expensive from transpotation, food and other expenses - lack of transparency on utilization, new capacity being added, members unable to book rooms, - for 7 days vacation, they have availability that requires travel to 3 resorts spread across 3 states with gaps in dates in between - though they cant offer room, they go on lapsing the days accumulated beyond the stimpulated limit, - THIS HAPPENS ONLY IN INDIA where GULLIBLE CUSTMERS HAVE NO RESOURSE BUT TO SUFFER IN SILENCE - IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED, I AM WILLING TO SELL MY MEMBERSHIP, I HAVE 25 DAYS OF INVENTORY AND ALL MEMBERSHIP DUES PAID Was this information helpful? | |||

Can I have the exact details of your membership, i.e. the season and the apartment you own and the total duration of your membership.
Also I would appreciate if you mention the amount you expect to receive form re-selling your membership.
