[Resolved] Club Mahindra / White Studio — Refund of membership fee | |
Dear sir, I was offered a membership on 02/08/2009 after paying token amount of rs 6800/- vide receipt no 111824 and after that rs 30000/- paid vide dena bank cheque. I was alloted membership no1529327. On 08/08/2009 i requested for cancellation of membership vide my letter dt 08/08/2009 to your office at sahara ganj lucknow. Letter was received and acknowledged by mr. Vishal kanaujia and assurace was given for payback within one month. After many visits and reminders over telephone i got only assurance with different excuses as in september, half yearly closing became the reason. To my surprise in the month of oct 2009 esc mandate was also presented to my bank i. E dena bank for emi and again rs 5700/- was recovered from my account which indicates that my request was not yet lodged and only blank assurances were given. For november 2009 i received sms regarding failure of my emi as i was forced to withdraw the money from my account. Thus i am requesting your kind office to (1) stop sending ecs to my banker and process my cancellation application.
