Sir, I, m Chanchal Kumar bought a soft drink of Thums Up a brand of COCA COLA. my complaint is, the water used by the company is very dirty in the bottle. there is a part of carton or . something like that. so i want to make case against the company. please taken this case on priority. Dear Coco Cola Company,
I am a dealer for softdrinks and take huge amount of thums up bottles for selling. I found two three bottles in which the drink was only 50 percent filled. Though it was tight sealed, the content got half. I want to lodge a complaint for compensation.
Pls guide me the process.

My shop is located center point of reputed schools and government banks. I am running the shop from last 12years of mobile buisness . I am also opening a fast food centre beside my shop . so that I want a new visi cooler for the sale of cold drinks . As per my previous complain I was taken a Glass Bottle of Thumsup in a Glass Bottle (Batch Number BN 153 NJ 00:39- Packing Date 02/09/10) from my local market (Shivalik Nager- Haridwar Uttarakhand) and found the taste of drink was very bad, the sensational taste was just disappear...
I also preserve a bottle with me.
It was very disappointing situation for me that my regular and favorite drink was packed in such way...
Plz explain on urgent basis otherwise I will try for Consumer court.

COMPLAINT:
My shop is located center point of reputed girls colleges, schools and private and government banks. I am running the shop from last 8 years but I am not received any support from your esteemed company. My point is your people (suppliers) promised that they will give a fridge to my shop and they written my shop name to give a fridge long back but till now i am not received any thing from your company. I am observing that the people they started newly business they are getting everything. I think how it is possible for new entrepreneurs. Please take it seriously and see that arrange a fridge to my shop and my sales is very high comparatively who are received the fridges.
