[Resolved]  compaq presario c700 — no sound

Dear Mam/Sir,

My laptop : Product name - Presario C700, s/n - CND73204YX, p/n - GS091PA#ACJ and model no is Compaq Presario C702TUNBPCINDIA.I'm having intel celeron and i'm working on windows XP.The problem is that i'm not getting any sound from my laptop.All attempts to download the audio drivers have failed.I hav also misplaced my motherboard CD.

my kindly requst to you that i don't the motherboard name and i format my computer and i m not have the cd of motherboard and i can not hear sound because driver is not installed so wants to know which company motherboard i have in my notebook . my laptop serial number is CND832243G and the model name is compaq presario C700 so u plz solve problem immedaitly now it is my requet to you

I had bought a lap top of presario c754tu in last year... I do not recived a driver CD with the laptop.. only a user guide... in user guide it claims that all suports and drivers will be obtained from website of compaq.... but I was'nt able to find audio driver XP operating system for my laptop. I had searched for the same at inertnet for three days but not found any thing, also find that same issue is happening for a number of guys.... and this is really cheating... so kindly do needful for supoorting us...
