As i am need of installing windows xp in my system but the system was not supporting it please send me how to install the windows xp and also i need driver cd for this as you are not provide me the driver cd.(Vist cannot be access the design softwars so i will change the XP). compaq presario cq40 — Problem not Solved sinch March'10
Dear Sir,Last year I have bought a HP Compaq laptop from the dealer in Rishikesh but now it is showing problem with my mother board which has to be replaced. With the help of the dealer I have send it to service centre at Dehradun as there is no service centre in Rishikesh, but they didn't replace my mother board. Firstly they delayed in delivery of laptop and when my laptop reached to me I am facing the same problem sinch March'2010 I have again send it to the service centre, but it is just a type of fraud, they provide us warranty of 1 year and within warranty period I am facing the problem so whets the guarantee that the product will work properly in future. They dont even replace the part in warranty then what will happen in non warranty period. I am angry not for the replacement but they wasted my precious time. They took 05 Months but without any result. Mother Board just costs nearly Rs. 5000 but question is not about the cost but the question is why they give us the warranty if they don’t want to provide service and charge us for warranty at the time of purchasing.
