I would like to inform you that my laptop is under warranty purchased on 07/07/2010 in the name of Allwin Land Developers Pvt Ltd. There is DVD drive problem as it is not working and checked by hp customer service center in baroda. They are not giving replacement for the same and saying that Ct no is not matched in our record while the laptop is under warranty and purchased from Gayatri Traders - Vadodara....

Request for Recovery Discs cd AND installing problem in windows xp

As i am need of installing windows xp in my system but the system was not supporting it please send me how to install the windows xp and also i need driver cd for this as you are not provide me the driver cd.(Vist cannot be access the design softwars so i will change the XP). AND ALSO I Need Recovery Discs cd for this as you are not provide me the Recovery Discs cd.i am not work in properly in my LAPTOP SO HELP ME

i purchased my laptop-COMPAQ PRESARIO CQ40 in june 2009.everything was giong fine..bt now i dont know how i got sme window updates..& i installed it online..bt after installing it is showing that-THIS COPY OF WINDOW IS NOT GENUINE. Please help me to understand this & also help me to solve this problem as soon as it possible.I stay in allahabad & i dont know where is the service center....

hard drive error

i perchased my compaq laptop before one year, now that time i didn't get any kind of window-XP. now when i install different-diffrent XP, i faced one error.(the error is something blue screan error, check hard drive, stop errar 0*000000, check chkdsk f based).and when i installed XP2 it did not take soung drive and usb drive also after installed sound driver. and this time blue screan error generate. so plz tell...

about dvd drive
I brought this laptop 2 months back. when i am putting some CD's the DVD drive icon in the my computer is vanishing and not able to read the this. after this the laptop won't shut down in the normal way. but some CD's are working properly without any problem. kindly advice a solution for this problem....
