[Resolved] Connect India — Cheated me by selling a wrong Plan on TATA Photon | |||
Sir, I have been duped by the partners in crime- Connect India and TATA Photon Plus people together. They exactly know how to make their numbers without thinking even once what the customer wants. For 10 days, their call centre team continuously kept calling me everyday to sell the TATA Photon Plus card. Before i purchased i would have confirmed at least 15 times that i ONLY want the card if you have the post paid scheme of Rs 250 per month and i was told clearly that this scheme exists. Even now this scheme is available on their portal under ( Usage based schemes). Even when Mr Sridhar ( number +91 [protected] from Connect India came to my house, happily said yes the scheme exists.After purchasing the card, first of all i kept running of 7 days to get it activated which god knows when does. If you call TATA Photon call centre they direct you to COnnect India and if you call Connect India they direct you to Tata Photon. I must say both of them have a great partnership together. Finally Sridhar picks my phone and gives me an ID which will send me a refund of my TATA Photon. An ID that doesnt exist at all. I think cheaters should take training in this glorious sales organisation Was this information helpful? | |||

Tata Photon — Fraud in selling plan
Sales guy of Tata Photon approached me and offered me plan Rs 750 with 2Gb free Day time and additional Rs 200 with 8 Gb free night and apart from that Rs 100 Discount on every bill for 1 Year.My usage was total of 8 Gb that too night but the bill came for Rs 2500. when asked for explanation they said my plan is Rs 950 for 5 Gb flat, when tried to get in touch with the sales guy, his no. was always switched off.
Every time customer care personal listened to the request but never did any thing about it, now i got a call that i been summoned to the court.
I been given option either to pay Rs 2500 and continue with the plan i actually opted for or should pay Rs 2000 to get NOC.
This is total fraud and i been totally looted by these tata people. this is bad coz i invested Rs 3000 to buy the data card only because of this plan and now i dont have any option..
Tata really is a bad organization and not trustworthy.... Will never use any of the Tata product in future and would advise everyone to think and inquire 100 times before buying Tata Photon.
tata photon is cheater
Its been 4 to 5 months for me since i last time used the tata connection so dont remember the details and i almost forgot about it after registering so many complaints in your customer care department. But the case no. the guy from legal department referred was 7178 and my e-mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

Tata Connection — Cheating Me
I have a tata connection since past 3 years, last year they lauch a plan honest 450 nd provide me nw suddelnly they withdraw that plan nd saying that the company is the wholesole decision maker of plan nd v cn change ur plan according to that. They changed my plan wtout informing me nd nw they mail me aftr i used that plan that my plan has been changed nw my bill would b increased coz i used the connection according my old plan. And the customer care is saying that "its company policy" this is a open cheating going on.Without my permisson hw they cn change my plan. Its nt legal that they cn change the plan according to their wish.
Kindly resolve my problem.
