[Resolved]  ConnectIndia — do not purchase data card online

hello sirs,
iam writing this complaint because iam totally fed up with the response i received. Actually i bought reliance data card online through connectindia.com which calls itself a popular online shopping website for mobiles and datacards. see ireceived phone calls often until i paid the charge for data card they too delivered the product but no connection. i called/mailed andsearched all the possibilities to get my connection.but failed they didnt even care about the connection problem. and the reliance web world people simply asks why you have got it in online. and we are not responsible and iam still in search of the connection.

Reliance Data Card — Not received data card ,purchase online

Dear Sir,
I have Purchased Reliance Data card through online(http://www.reliance-datacard.com) on 16th September 2008, but I didn't received till date.Actually on 15th September I have entered bill details and Shipment Details after that i was tried to made payment my internet connection was disconnected.
the next day i have received a call from a person his name is Manoj from reliance communications Noida branch regarding un complete of payment, then i told him about my internet connection problem.then he completed payment process through my credit card, Actually this was happened .After that have check my credit card bill it shows the payment was executed.But i don't have any contact number of noida branch.Please help me.I didn't received any call from reliance communications.I don't know that person Manoj cheated or other issue wa happened.Please help me
I have our data card plan freedom since last two year's, but i have never recieved my data card bills hard copy to my correspondance address which is 19/3A, Ground Floor, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi - 110018
After so many complaints to local reliance communication express & customer care to resolve above said problems but, regret to say that no action be taken by your side.
So you are requested please look after the matter & please arrange to provide me hard copy of data card no. [protected] bill to my correspondance address as wel as to my mail id which is "devendra.[protected]@bikanervala.com" regularly.
