In response to your offer we have bought the Reliance data card on 10.12.2011. The details are as under: Receipt No.20837 dt.10.12.11 in Name of. Mrs.Mandakini K Mehta. Mobile No.[protected] Reliance Data Card No.[protected] which was defective & replaced with Reliance Data Card No.[protected] on 12.12.11. I am really surprised & shocked to receive your email that," This is to inform you that we are unable to provide this offer as we stopped Goa offer since 1st Dec onwards”. & that also after 17 days of my booking.
In this regards,please note that at the time of collecting the booking on 10.12.11 your Mr.Yadav informed that I will receive Rs.2400 discount during the year @Rs.200 p.m. & 2N/3D Goa trip voucher within 4/5 days of activation of my connection. In fact, I started to remind him regularly after 21.12.11 & forwarded the details like my name,contact no.reliance connection no.& other booking details on 21.12.11. since .Now,when informed on 27.12.11 about your email, he was also surprised & asked to talk with Mr.Karan. & promised me that he will do the needful. I talked with Mr.Karan & he also asked to send the details again which were sent to Mr.Yadav on the same day.
Now, either your reply is misleading or their assurances & actions are misleading to the customer. This is not acceptable. Hence, I look forward to receive the same within 3 days otherwise I will have to take appropriate as well as stringent actions against you for cheating & dhokakhadi as well as for not complying with the promises given to the customer in offer & changing the stand after receipt of money. I reiterate that in your offer dtd.30.11.11 sent by email ,you have not mentioned about termination of 2N/3D Goa offer on 1st Dec.2011 nor your employee who collected the booking amount from us on 10.12.2011.
