i bought a idea netsetter from connectindia online.they delivered me ideanetsetter but it is not working,i mailed them about problem many times but they are not responding and they delivered me sealbroken product and no bill.

I ordered a USB Modem device through ConnectIndia portal, there was a discussion between me and the telecaller who callled me to take orders, initially they committed to deliver a USB Foldable Modem with Huwai make, they moment i placed a order using my Credit Card, the amount got debited from my account and there was a local support team to ConnectIndia in banaglore they called to deliver the device. he came to my house...
