[Resolved] Cooking Gas cylinder — Supply of additional cylinder (DBC) | |||
Dear Sir I Ashish Pandey having cooking gas Consumer no. 23793, Distributor agency M/s Ram Krishna Gas Services, Allapur, Allahabad This is Domestic Single type of connection, i want its DBC and i booked on 29/09/2010 at sr. no. 229 in the aforesaid agency. I wait and follow this but agency person said, wait for your turn. When today (01/03/2011) i have consulted to the aforesaid agency, they pressurized for followings 1. Submitt the declaration formate (Which applicable for NEW LPG Connection or connection against terminations voucher) 2. To deposite fee for DBC is Rs. 2350/- 3. Purchase new flexible gas pipe. 4. Purchase new cylinder trolly. This is to bring to your notice that I have booked the Gas on 03.10.09 against my Connection No. 1271 but till date the Agency(Virat Enterprises, Sonia Vihar, Delhi) has not sent the Gas in my repeatd request and now they are not piking-up the telephone. gas cylinder supply — DBC
Dear sir/madam,While supplying DBC for the connection no 12336 standing in the books of Sri Laxmi Venkateshwar Gas Agency,Raichur, the sain agency has been charged me Rs 2200/- and issued no receipts towards this effect. On being asked, the agency staff has not replied properly. Moreover the staff members seem that they are involved in the activities like this always. This was brought to the notice of Belagaum Regional office, but action in the matter is still at large. It is there fore I request you to take necessary action and reply suitably as early as possible please.

Cooking Gas cylinder — Not getting gas for 16 days
I am using Bharat Petroleum gas from the distributor Adlakha gas Agency in Faridabad.I havent received the gas for the past 15 days and when i asked the delivery boy he says u can get it in black for Rs700. I want to ou to look into the matter and this can be a serious case of misusing subsidy and corruption
Cooking Gas cylinder — not getting gas cylinder through home delivery
i m a consumer in sambalpur of lipi gas agency and my consumer id is s16290.i had booked a cylinder for refilling on 22/03/10. and i have been waiting for the delivery of cylinder till 16/04/10,by which time i suppose to ge tthe refilled one through home delivery,but not.when i enquireed at counter today,i was told that they have no one to deliver and its my duty to take the cylinder from the godwan itself.this the third time i was asked so.i am also humilated by the agent through his misbehaviour which made me feeling bad .so please look into this matter and take necessary step which will help me to get the cylinder on proper time.Cooking Gas cylinder — 21 days ,not ready to accept booking
I am a consumer of Bharat Gas Agency, L D Bhave & Sons, Somwar Peth, branch,Pune411011 having consumer No S-9608 for the last 40 years.The lady on the counter just refuses to take booking unless 21 days are over. And also after booking delivers the gas cylinder after 5-6 days
Is it possible for a family of 6 to adjust in such a weird way as suggested by this shop?

Cooking Gas cylinder — Lack of supply/ rude staff
It is just impossible to get through to the Indane cooking gas supply automated booking number in Gurgaon. We have been trying for several days and when we go to the site of the dealer they are rude, and say we have to wait for 10 days. We have 2 cylinders and one of them is empty, with the 2nd one having been supplied around 22nd Jan. This is ridiculous - can someone help!!!
