I Ashish Pandey having cooking gas Consumer no. 23793, Distributor agency M/s Ram Krishna Gas Services, Allapur, Allahabad
This is Domestic Single type of connection, i want its DBC and i booked on 29/09/2010 at sr. no. 229 in the aforesaid agency. I wait and follow this but agency person said, wait for your turn. When today (01/03/2011) i have consulted to the aforesaid agency, they pressurized for followings

Poor response and failed customer handling
Dear Sir,
I have booked a cylinder (DBC) against my gas no. U 28462 dt. 01.07.05 through Upkar Gas service, K-block kidwai Nager, Kanpur- 208011 vide their DBC booking no. UPSO/443 dt. 11.04.09.
I am a service man at private Industry at Kanpur and can not go usually to know their DBC is open or not BUT it is open now from last one and half months and they saying that they don't have cylinder at their end...
