My PRAN No. is[protected].Ihad opened the account with Tier I with Rs.623/- and alter converted into Tier II with deposit of Rs.10000/-. till March 2012 I was able to see my account .But during May 2012 it was shown as freeze and instructed to unfreeze with Rs 6324/-. Accordingly I deposited Rs.6324/- inclusive of Rs 100/- as unfreeze charges on 16.9.12 but the amount was received back by me on 29.9.12.
