I have not yet receive the new PRAN kit from you through the District Treasury Officer, Nongpoh, Ri Bhoi District, Meghalaya-793103. On the[protected] my PPAN[protected] was issued to me and still functioning till date. On the[protected] my PRAN[protected] was generated and after few days a PRAN kit was issued to me through the District Treasury Officer, Nongpoh, Ri Bhoi District, Meghalaya-793103. But in the dispatch there is an error in the address being sent. Instead of the correct address viz - To The District Treasury Officer, (DTO), Nongpoh, Meghalaya-793103; the dispatch is being misprint as - To the DDO (SDSEO) Nongpoh, Ri Bhoi District, Meghalaya-793103. The DTO, Nongpoh, Meghalaya - 793103 resent the dispatch to you, and till now no new PRAN Kit is being send to me through the DTO, Nongpoh, Meghalaya-793103.
The correct address to be sent is - "To the District Treasury Officer(DTO) Nongpoh, Ri Bhoi District, Meghalaya-793103", from your office.
I appeal to you to make my PRAN No. and its date of generation the same as they are before i.e.[protected], dated[protected].
I request you to give a clarification about the PRAN kit through my contact no.- [protected] in the form of a message.
