In this regard, we wish to inform you that the PRAN card along with I-PIN/T-PIN (PRAN Kit) was dispatched to the PAO (Pay and Accounts Office). Your PRAN kit was delivered to your PAO on the 19th August 2009, via AWB [protected] you may contact your PAO in this regard.

Further, we would like to inform you that the subscriber has an option to reissue the PRAN card and I-PIN/T-PIN. To reissue the PRAN card and I-PIN/T-PIN, you need to submit the Subscriber details Change Request Form (S2 Form) to your respective PAO (Pay and Account Office) through DDO (Drawing and Disbursing Officer). Please mention your active Permanent Retirement Account Number (PRAN) in the form which is your user ID.

After receiving your S2 form, PAO will capture & authorize the request for re-issue of PRAN card and I-PIN/T-PIN in CRA system by logging into NPSCAN website (www.npscan-cra.com) using the I-PIN provided by CRA to PAO at the time of registration, CRA will send the PRAN card and I-PIN/T-PIN to your PAO.

My name is Sandeep Kapoor. My Pran Card No. is[protected]. I have received my Pran Card and I pin and T pin Nos also. When I search my account statement on net but I could not see the details of it. I want to see the details of my account balance becaused I joined on my duties in the District & Sessions Court Indore as Assistant Grade-III in the month of June 2008. The statement which I have recieved is only for the financial year from April 2010 to March 2011. But, I could not received the statement of the year 2008 and 2009.
So, this is humbly request you to give my whole statement from the period of June 2008 to the end of the year 2009.

This has reference to your query raised, we would like to inform you that the Subscribers who have joined government service prior to March 2009 and covered under NPS are registered with CRA and PRAN No have been allotted on the basis of soft copy data (legacy data) including PPAN provided by DTO. PRAN allotted to you on the basis of PPAN is “[protected]”. However, CRA shall update the complete details of the Subscriber (Personal, Nomination and Employment) and dispatch PRAN kit containing PRAN card, subscriber master details and I-PIN (for accessing CRA website) only after receipt of physical PRAN applications (S1 Form) duly filled by the Subscriber and authorized by DDO & DTO.
Hence, you will be required to fill the application for allotment of PRAN providing your PPAN correctly and submit the same to the DDO. The DDO will forward the same to DTO who will forward it to CRA. In such case, on the basis of PPAN provided in the application, your details will be updated in the CRA system.
In case, if you have already submitted the application, you are requested to confirm with your concerned nodal office whether they have forwarded the same to CRA.
