[Resolved]  Credit Card - Axis Bank — No Dues Certificate from bank

Hi,

I am Neeraj Kumar Sharma from delhi, I had Axis Bank Credit card and In month Of Nov 08, and I made settelment in Rs. 6200 when my total outstanding was Rs. 15370, Now I appled for Home Loan , and My banker need No dues Certificate from Axis bank because CIBIL showing Rs. 9170 in my Credit card unpaid.

When I ask Axis bank Escalation Depatment They told me to clear my all dues than they will issue me N.D.C. and when I make Payment of same Amount and Now I am Asking to for N.D.C. they are telling me that, I have to pay more amount Of Rs. 4118, which is Interset on Rs . 9170 which was unsettled.

Even same happen with me In HDFC bank and they are not charging any intrest on Unsetteled amount, Please suggest me what i can do in that. and whom i have to cantact for this.
