I am Axis Bank Credit Card Holder this month without sending the monthly statement ( by post nor by email) u people sent a sms dated on 04-10-08 at 8.45 pm to pay the amount. I dont know how many days before u send the statement to the customer pls let me know immediately. if we make the payment late u collect late fee so what to do for this.

My credit card no. is [protected]. this is regarding my last month statement in which you have added overlimit usage charge. the statement date is 15/6/2009. actually there is a credit on 12/6/2009 in the credit card account which is not shown in the statement. if this is reversed in the statement, there is no overlimit usage. could you please do the needful?

As I have sent a complaint to you last month that I have taken Rs 13500/ from you as a loan on EMI basis & I have return the EMI payment month by month through the cheque. But inspite of all this my standing amount was not come down. Sir, on my last month complaint, I have got a call from your customer care department & they were told me that my account has sattled & now I have paid only Rs 7000/
Sir, I have made that payment last month, but till the call has been coming for the payment. Sir please closed these calls & my settlemen letter should be sent me as soon as possible.
Sir, I am very dissatisfied to your service & your staff behaviour, so please my credit card no. [protected] must be close, now I am not keep this

the cheque was returened from my bank as per our talk by phone that time they told me to
give fresh cheque and also promised not to charge late payment, so immedialtly I have given
a fresh cheque,
in the next statement again late payment was charged of the last statement and also late
payment was charged in the next statementas I have given pament timly I have requested by
phone for reversal of charges, but not got any responce, again in the next statement they
charged late payment, several times tried to contact by phone due to some problem of barclay
phone could not contaacted, so send them a request by e-mail, Last statement in the april
Total dues shows Rs9987.48 and transaction amount was 7300.00 not getting any proper
responce regarding settelement so O have given a cheque of Rs 7300.00 on 30.4.2008 and for
balance of 2687.48 requested by email to settle this problem and every week send them
reminders after 30/45 recived areplythat it will not reverse since last 30 days several
times requested by phone and emails to settle the problem.recived only reply by email that
as per last stament total amount was 9987.48 and was paid only 7300.00 so therefore no revarsal.
Again I have requested by phone and emails the amount which are gunine I can pay, every times got reply to pay full amount, which are not gunine, why I will the late payment charges as I have given payment timly, the promlem was created from feb.2008 statement due to return of cheque and after promise they not given revesal so I can pay that amount only, sending e mails regularly and not getting any reply, they are increasing amounts every month with late payment and interest, and after april 2008 I have not recived any statement. On every emails Also requested to send the adress where O can return your credit card but not given theor adress to return the credit card, so I have damages the card and send them after scan with e mai attachement.I would request you to please help and advise me to solve the problem, Barclay bank service is very poor, and not solving this problem their plan are only to increse the amounts every month.
