Croma — Delivery Delayed | |||
I have purchased Bajaj Cooler PC 2012, purchase was made on Sunday dated 14 April '13 at Croma showroom, Phoniex, Lower Parel, with a promise to deliver next day (Monday) at my residence, today is Wednesday and I have been following up for delivery, call centre guy says we have no record and when contacted Croma today they say we do not have stock for the same. I am not expecting any amount as compensation from Croma but, want authority to take action so that they do not take customers in future for granted. It is wrong from their part to give wrong commitment and response was so pathetic as no one feel a responsibility towards the customer, even to update them.
