Croma Retail — Delivery of Products | |||
Harassment now has a new word "CROMA" I have not yet received the delivery of my products even after booking on November 15. I was assured of delivery in 3-4 days, later when i visited the store they told me due to bandhs etc, products will be delivered by Nov-22. Yesterday I locked a call on customer care, now they say that all the products are in Back Order stage, where as i was informed that only my Panasonic Home Theater was in back order stage, to which I agreed. Complaint no is 757506. No one picks up the phone at the store even after calling them continously. Do let me in such what can I do, if i want to cancel the product then what is the process for the same. Was this information helpful? | |||
