The DNBVNL is the most careless, irresponsible and corrupted department. They make faults at their end but consumer have to suffer for their mistakes. Consumer have to pay for the mistakes made by them. Their must be a system and their should be a check on the working of local officials like ombudsmen to make complaints. I think doing this it ll be more easy for consumers to get their solutions at earliest.

My meter was been replaced in Oct 2010 and onwards to till date the actual units consumed are only 380 and i paid In November 2010 bill showing 440 units, and Jan 2011 the bill showing 2684 units. I don, t know how the bill been issued without taking the actual reading by only sitting in the office.In past also I have paid a hefty amount.Please adjust the amount in my future coming bills.The details of the meter is K. No electricity
