[Resolved] DARTMAIL COURIER — delay in delivery | |
PAN CARD despatched by UTI on datd 07/01/09 with dispatch id 41298797.Tracking no of this packet is 63502836. As per company record they found my room locked which is a baseless excuse as no slip found in the room .also my house never remain locked. 18 days has past to deliver same city courier? My name is anmol malviya my contact no is [protected]. As per the records of india today book club it’s already been dispatched on 28th April'09 .They have confirmed me that parcel is lying with Dartmail courier Services.I call at your number [protected] and [protected].but no is not in use.
hi, this is chitralekha pardeshi. i book my order thru india today on 23 rd march they informed me that my parcel is iwth dart courier as they have already despatched it on 29th april. but till date it has not yet arrived at my place. is they give this type of courier services. when we are sendign any parcel to international then they reach their within two days and this is local courier from delhi to mumbai it is taking more than 10 days. what a service...great...your customer is not getting parcels ...delaying, what to do. no use of calling also.

Res Sir, I have applied for PAN CARD through application no.[protected] dated 06/06/2008 at UTI Technology service Ltd. at Delhi and I enquired reg pan card and the card despatched from your site vid DID no. 45474955 dated 04/08/2009 but till date not received.
After that I enquired Courrier i.e Dartmail, he says that the same deliver but not received me. Again I enquired many time that Courrier Service not traceout from Faridabad that where this Card deliver and no responce received fron this side.
You arew requested kindly see the matter and deliver the same.
