My name is Kapil Tomar S/O Kishan Pal.My Contact no is [protected] as per the records of income tax department it’s already been dispatched on1 8/03/08.They have confirmed me that card is lying with Dartmail courier Services. I call at this number[protected] and there was no response from their side and also talked with Jitesh on mobile number [protected] that fellow it making fun from last 10 days and saying card will be delivered to me today or tomorrow morning. My ID is 35266981.

I hope that after receiving this complaint some strict actions will be taken against the persons who are making false commitments to customer.

Ya exactly This fellow told me his name as Nities Gaurav, After making fun for last 3 days he finally dispatched PAN card back to UTI instead to me at the address as been told today. This is serious mistake i am not going to leave this guy and his company for this ridiculous service. It seems there is nexus between UTI and Dartmail to make fun of innocent people and eat government money.

DARTMAIL COURIER — pan card not recived

hi my name is deen dayal baswal my pancard is dispatched on 28th march 2008 but i did not get this card till the date and my courier dispatched ID is[protected]
so i am requesting you to deliver my pan card as soon as possible

Mine is the same case where Pan Card Dept is saying that the card is despatched on April 26 . Till date I have not received the Card . There is no one to pick up the phone at Dart Mail courier ( Ph No [protected] ) .I have tried their no at least 1000 times now .

Kindly take strict action against this unprofessional company .

Dear sir/ Madam,
This is a serious matter of concern that your staffs are not delivering the documents unless we pay them a tips. My icici card statements are still with your people. I recieved a call from your lady staff and she was very rude and she clearly said that the address in incorrect whereas i had been recieving the same for the last 1 year regularly but his month they have started asking tips. The phone number from which I recieved call was [protected]. I made the complant to that lady in this number but she denied and later told me give some money in the name of Diwali. what the hell this courier is, the service is pathetic, the staff is so rud and manurless no word can be used for them. Delivery boys are so clever without going to concern address they say that address is not proper. While everyday there are more than 100 couriers are received on same address.these people don't understand the urgency of matter.talked to two ladies in noida ofice name mamta and Rinki, who attended my call and for 15 minuts my call was rotating here there in the office, no budy was giving proper responce. somebody is saying contact no. is not mentioned somebody is saying address is not proper. I do'nt understand the such type of poor service provider company are suitable for delivering your valuable items.To deliver a local courier they take 3-4 days, can be more than that.
