[Resolved]  DARTMAIL COURIER — PAN Card not received

My name is amarjit singh from Amritsar, as per the records of income tax department my pan card has already been dispatched on 05/05/09.They have confirmed me that card is lying with courier Services. my despatch id is 43956461. I call at this number[protected] and there was no response from their side.
I hope that after receiving this complaint some strict actions will be taken.

Why Dartmail is in business of courier service????!!!@@@@ These people even dont have manners and dont know how to speak to customer calling for an enquiry...!!! I was calling for my Tracking No.[protected] a parcel from India Today Book Club, which I havent received after one month!! I called up from Maharashtra and first they put me to the executive who handles the local (Delhi) customers. Then I was put through a lady named Aashi and she promised the resolution and a call back in half an hour. I waited for 3 hrs and called back. Then I spoke to a lady who was very arrogant and was not willing to help me. She was not interested from whr am I calling and the intesity of the issue. She was not ready to tell me her name and was not helping me at all. I asked her to put me through her manager and the answer was - The manager is not in office, he is in meeting...!!! I insisted again and again for her name and she told her name is SONALI (I doubt if its her real name). I was helpless and had to hung up the phone as I did not have any other option...!!! After reading some of the complaints here, I REALLY DONT UNDERSTAND WHY INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB IS IN ASSOCIATION WITH DARTMAIL (please rename it as DirtyMail)
