Dear respective sir/ madam
My name is Kapil Kumar. I live in Madanpur Khaddar, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi 110076. I have purchased a “Wireless Data Modem HSD USB Cards” from one of reliance executives on 22 July 2009 whose name is Mr. Mahendra (employee in Ghaziabad office) and contact no is [protected]. Information of data card is given below-

So story is all about that Mr. Mahendra came to my home and I purchased a data card. He did not elaborate product features and service related to this modem but I asked him to elaborate. I had a little idea about product and features of this modem through my friend who is using this service. That’s why I had taken a risk to purchase. I asked to Mr.Mahendra to activate the plan of Rs. 650 (1 GB Free) and add on plan of Rs.199 (10 GB Free in between 10pm-6am) as he suggested.
Very next day my internet was activated and I said thanks to Mr. Mahendra. I started using service. After 48 hours my internet connection was closed. When I asked to customer care executive by calling data card helpline[protected] then I got to know that my connection has been closed due to negative verification. I surprised because none came or called me for verification till that time.
But on same day, in the evening (6:20 pm) I got a call from verification executive then I asked him to come to my home and to take a photocopy of one of my documents with my sign as a proof but he denied and said to me that I am not coming to your home and I am doing your verification through telephonic call then he asked me various questions and finally he said ok, your all answers are correct.
Next day I got a call from reliance communication that you will have to submit your id document again, I asked why? She said your verification is negative. I shocked what is happening with me.
Then I told her about that fellow (I don’t know the name) who had taken my verification through telephonic call. She gave me positive replies by writing complain against this wrong process.
Later I got other breaking news that my bill is exceeding Rs. 1, 500. Again I shocked and second time realised, how big mistake I have done to purchase reliance data card. Then I called in data card helpline and discussed. She told me that you have crossed a limit o[censored]sing free accessing of 1GB, after using 1GB you will be charged @ 2Rs./MB. Then I told that lady that I have taken 2 plan (of Rs.650 and add on plan of Rs. 199). I used net only 2 days and used mostly in night plan so how can it possible that my bill is exceeding Rs.1, 500.then she told me, there is one plan activated on your data card. But I told to Mr. Mahendra to activate both plan and asked to write on paper and focused not to forget.
Then I called to Mr.Mahendra and told him about it. He said sorry, I forgot to tell you that you will have to call to customer care to activate add on plan and said that both plan can not be activated at the same time.
So juice of whole story is that my connection is closed due to two reasons- one from negative verification while which is not done properly by reliance and second, due to exceeding bill min amount while this is not my mistake, it is the mistake of Mr. Mahendra or reliance communication so why I should bear it.
I will not submit any documents again until proper verification is done. Who will pay the cost of photo copy again and again? I have spent more then 100 Rs. in calls. But I didn’t have any positive feedback till now.
I will pay legal bill which I used in day plan till 10 pm after that I used to surfing keeping in mind that my night plan is going on.
Now tell what is my mistake?
Ans. I believed in reliance communication
or something else?
My connection is closed on 25th of July and today is 5st August. No action is taken in favour of me till now and still asking for Rs.1000 out of Rs.1500 to activate my data card.

And what I can do, I am ready to take action...
I am dong MBA ( 2nd year) so what I can do, think...
This product is new and very soon you are going to launch this service in more then 100 cities.

Reliance Broadband+ — want me to lie to verification executive

I baught reliance broadband modem from "Reliance World -chinchwad, 27/A, opp lokmanya hospital, pradhikaran, Chinchwad Maharashtra"
invoice no: [protected] date: 25-jan-2010 12:24:00 pm

When verification is done I gave all the details. They remarked my verification on the basis that I am nt doing any job. and when I asked my money back they told me "You should lie and tell verification executive that you are working" and asked me to come in the evening.

Is this reliance broadband+ is for working people. I have given no such prior information.
