[Resolved]  Dd City Faridabad — not allocated yet plots

I agree. We need to stick together and ensure that we get the DD guys behind bars. Can we register a fresh FIR ? or is there any sort of legal issue in registering another FIR ?

We must meet for this case and to decide future course. My lawyer has told me that this could bea strong case against DD group. Any one can suggest a date and venue for meeting. CP is best.

Guys I am in Bangalore, so would not be able to attend the meeting. Do request others to meet up and take it further. We can tie up with a Lawyer who is willing to be rewarded/paid based on the benefit / compensation we get.

Seems DD City Guys change their mind because of appriciation in land price and planning to get more benefits out of that... thats why we should not opt for refund.. I have also booked 240SM plot in Faridabad..

I have not got any plot in faridabad. They have even sold off the plot to BPTP without informing us as i have been told. Mr Pawan what is this. can u post your mobile no.

DD City has duped all its customers who applied for a plot in Faridabad. I would be surprised and all o[censored]s would love to visit your plot if you have been given one in Faridabad. Because all o[censored]s certainly have not been given even a single inch of land after all false promises made to us.

Either Pawan Chawla is confused about the whole issue and location or is only a spokesman of the company. He might have booked the plot in Sonepat or Zirakpur. There is some news in local hindi papers in Faridabad today according to which the directors and their family who were behind the bars for last few days have been released on bail against cash security of 5Cr.
The High Court has directed them to refund the deposit with interest.
I heard about this case sometime back but do not have any details. Is any one aware of this and have any details please.

The problem has so far been among us as well. There have been many instances when the complaints were filed collectively but naming a few complainants. In due course these people reached some settlements with DD City and obtained their refund with some agreed premium. I understand some people obtained the premium upto 2500/syds. And now if the news about the court order is correct the act of cheating has a scapegoat to pay back the money with some interest and digest the huge appreciation in the land prices over the last few years. Obviously such acts are commited in tandom with people in authority both in bureacracy and politics. Needless to mention BPTP is indirectly linked to the ruling party. In the absence of Lokpal who will address this corruption.

I fully agree .Director of DD GROUP have collected crores of rupees in the name RANGOLI PROJECTS P LTD SONEPAT also
All the employees have been making false promises that we will get plots soon .

6 years have passed but nothing has happened. I have invested my hard earned money for 2 plots booked at Soneapt.

You r always open to challange in civil court. I m looking for same option. fact is that DD dgoup has taken registration fee for future town project. If project have failed, we have to accept our money with interest. But!But the project has got licence( proof that project has actually came) and then transfered to some other buildar. Now DD group can not deny us our plot. If they have actually sold the project, then they will have to pay us the apprecited part of money when ever case is decided. This is a simple case.

i have recived a letter from EOW THAT DD CITY INFORMED THE EOW THAT WE HAVE SETLED THE MATTER WITH THE COMPLAINTANT, BUT I HAVE NEVER SETTLED NOR GOT PLOT AND ASK FOR REFUND FOR MONEY . THEY FILED WRONG / FAKE STATEMENT, MOREOVER SOME PEOPLE ON COMPANY BEHALF POSTED THAT THEY GOT PLOTS I HAVE STARTED THIS FORUM ( FIRST POST ) PLEASE COLLECTIVELY TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE COMPANY . I THIS THEY FILE WRONG STATEMETS . PLEASE NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS WITH INTEREST

I also received the same Notice from EOW and have met SI Kundan Kumar who is investigating this case. Next hearing is on 29 Nov in High Court. I will be there, other also please come forward. We won't let these criminals escape so easily.
Refund is not a punishments to DD rather, this is what they wanted.
So, let us not accept any refunds.
We should collectively file a case in Civil court.
