[Resolved]  Dd City Faridabad — not allocated yet plots

I have booked 200 square yard plot in upcoming project of dd city faridbad in 2006 and deposit rs 2, 95000.00 as initial deposit, four year has already passed and company is not bother to allot plots. There is a market roumer that company is trying to allot flats instead of plots and they are trying to sell the plots in very high rates as everyone know that due to metro and flyover there is huge jump in faridabad real estate company is trying to beefol the investors / persons who applied for plots and invest their hard earned money in search of house. I request all the depositiers to join hands and take legal action aganst this type of culprit companies

i had talked to bptp ppl..nobody in bptp who is claming that the land was taken by bptp..probably they are hiding the facts before getting it cleared from all litigations...

I am an Advocate,
I had booked plot in fbd 77 sec with dd but i sold it after 6 months at a good rate.
What i seem to understand from the contents of this complaint forum against dd city is that many individuals have filed a criminal complaint at E.O.W . This is a matter between the state and dd city.
I would like to share some knowledge that the proceedings in the court will continue till the time the case is not fully investigated, chargesheet is not filed in court which may take a couple of years . In the meantime all investers will have to wait and finally there will be a situation where all individuals will have to take either refund or keep the arguments going on, not understanding that in a few months not many investers will be left.If only a handful of them are left the case will be left with no strength to fight further.
This criminal complaint will not COMPENSATE ANY OF THE INVESTERS, till the time the land which allegedly belonged to you people is not under court order/stayed for sale or development any further why i am sayin this is later you dont want bptp customers also fighting on the same land .THIS WILL FURTHER STOP THE SALE DEED BETWEEN DD AND BPTP if anybody manages to get this then only there will be a point to talk further until then happy new years and keep posting baseless contents which might not help anybody.
P.S INCLUDE THE COMPANY WITH HOLDS THE LICENCE AND LAND . NOT THE COMPANY WHICH HOLD BOOKING

Builders do this type of thing frequently.

There are normally four Forums/course available to the investors/buyers.
1. Criminal Case u/s 420 and other sections of IPC for cheating etc.
2. Civil case for Refund or specific performance of contract such as getting the agreed land registry executed in your favour.
3. Consumer Court case for Refund
4. Company Court for winding up of the company who had duped and is unable to pay the investors.

However as it is being told that land has been sold to another builder another case can be filed for cancellation of sale deed in favour of BPTP.
But Solution will be only in court not by complaining and shouting without any result.

As is being updated by DD people, the land has not been sold but acquired by their partner (FDI involvement) on DD being defaulter on their mutually agreed terms and condition. And that partner has sold the land along with license to some third party (being referred here as BPTP).

Do anybody has clarity on the case - pls post.
This is nothing but a pure fraud by DD group transferring the land using the partner's name. Builder's are used to do this type of fraud. The only option is to use legal course as i mentioned earlier.

i dont think we have a solution for anybody lets make it very clear is our motive to get the the dd city behind bars or get our money or get our plots!!!
once we decide what we want then only can we proceed. some stupid people like a few sardars and people namely pradeep wadhwa neeraj etc WHO HAVE FORMED THIS SO CALLED DD EFFECTED WELFARE ASSOCIATION not personal war aganist anyone in common but just taking their names is because they are not working in intrest of anybody they are just blackmailers who will only till their own personal gain. let it be very clear to everybody that sec 77 is history now bec several years have passes by and now even bptp customers have got allotment on this land. and we were banking upon these stupid people. i hope that u guys get the hint what i am sayin and settle with dd city across the table wether they give us plots anywhere or our money. . court now is not a solution we have only wasted time with these people.
jail will not get our plots now we have to show r soft side make dd city feel that we r real investers then they might help us gettin something atleast
till date no civil case has been filed so boss lets forget it and cut the crap

dd company has filed case against bptp and beekman helix india mr manish parwani and mr kabul chawla . for taking over the land illlegally and for cheating the investers next date of hearing is 7th feb in high court. all must be there in person to decide our future. bptp is in trouble if he doesnt give us land now. lets us join the case aswell. and fight with for PLOTS>> WE ARE ALMOST VERY CLOSE . THANKS DD CITY FOR HELPING US

i dont mind posting my contact details or the case details the problem is i dont want to come into limelight and be in a situation what the people at the dd effected association are upto ... u guys have to decide what path to choose ... what was so easy looks so difficult now because of the path we undertook. now we dont have anybody to talk to from the company . dd as a company has lost all trust from its investers we could have atleast been with them and been in some position or some kind of sense of security ... we put cases on the company. now they feel all investers to be blackmailers ... if we still feel by arm twisting the company we could get out goals ..im still saying wake upp everybody.
