dealsandyou — Order is not dispatched and very poor customer care service

Hello sir,
i have ordered a Nokia E72 with Blue tooth , in deals and you online site.
with an order number Order #[protected] Complete on 22-July-2011. and the payment is done on the same day with my credit card.

till today i did not received the product, during this last one month i have called the customer care department multiple of occation, but they will say "according to our dispatch policy is it takes 21 working days for delivery" they will not provide any details about my order status this is very inconvinence to me after paying 14633/-

i have again called today for the despatch deatils, and i was informed that i the information is passed to concern dept logistic dept, this is already sent by shalini 23 august. for this i will be arrianged a call back on 29th or 30 of Aug, for the purpose to provide AWB number(dispatch number), this is the information i got from priya.

Dear Dealsandyou,

as you said i have communicate to your vendor about the below concerns, firstly i called him on mobile, he did not even listen to me, just said to send and SMS to the number, did not even tell what to SMS, i have to call again to know what to SMS. however i have sent an email yestaday, and there is not response so far.

1. Keypad is in arabic lang, there is an english langauge also which customer is inconvenience to Indian customer which was ordering in Indian website.
2. you have not received any invoice or bill from deals and you.
3. Bluetooth head set is received with now circle component that holds the ear.

i have raised request on 19th Sep 2012 for the bill copy of my order[protected], i did not got the bill when i got this order shipped. it has been 4th time the customer care is saying the order status is in process and will take another 24 hours Max.. Below are the request/complaint numbers 457034, 457601, 461725, 463438.

I suspect Deals and you is dealing with black market or with the smuggled goods, and cheating the indian government. Goverment please save us from cheaters

This is another time 457034,[protected]. 466273 total 5 time i have logged a complaint regarding the bill for the goods i got leagely from deals and you. this time the answer was "request you to wait for some more time" your complaint is on hig proiority basis.

if it is on high priority and i am just asking a BILL of purchased good. why is this not resolved so far??

Got an email from deals and you for communication 457034, 461752, 466273 and the answer is same as below

IMEI Number is mentioned on the box which is delivered with the product. You are requested to get the same checked and get your mobile traced accordingly.

I have clearly been asking you the soft copy of the bill for the purchase legally done.
