[Resolved]  Debit card — mistakes in withdrawal of Rs. 5000/- from ICICI bank ATM

R/Sir,
I, the undersigned is a customer of your Civil Lines Branch Nagpur. I am using ATM cards regularly since 2003. Yesterday on 30/11/2009 around 6 pm while withdrawing the Rs. 5000/- cash from your ICICI ATM Machine at NKY Tower Ajani, Nagpur , the message is displayed on the screen as “Network Problem” and no money came out from the machine. After 5 minutes I have checked my balance amount from mini statement, the entry of cash withdraw is mention and balance amount was less by Rs 5000/-. It shows that the by mistake the amount is deducted from my saving account no[protected]. The same complaint is noted at the complaint register at ATM station NKY Tower Nagpur as well as to security. I was try to book the complaint on customer care phone No [protected] but its IVRS system there was no option of such complaints. I have given the compliant in writing to your Civil Linens, Nagpur Branch office on today 1/12/2009. At the same time same thing is happened with other customer in second ATM machine. He also loose his Rs. 200/-.
So I request you sir, please look into the matter and credit Rs 5000/- in my account at the earliest possible. I am waiting for your reply in mail.My email address is [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@rediffmail.com

Debit card — Mistake in Account

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that my sister have A/c with your bank and her A/c No. is [protected]. On 2nd April 2009 she has done transition thru SBI bank (Erandwana Branch) of Rs. 3000/- in Pune, but she has not got the amount her transition is failed. When next day she has taken her mini statement she become shocked because Rs. 3000/- has been deducted from her account against suspense account.

She has already lodge a complain in your branch, her complain number is : PUN009467.

It is humble request to you please check her 2nd April transaction and transfer her amount to her account at your earliest.
