After 1 year 7 months i got major problem in my laptop.I went dell service center Hyderabad(A.P,India) .They told me we do not repairs DELL laptop and your laptop is not in warranty .I told I will pay repair charges for my laptop . They gave me a local laptop service centre address(They have printed address cards) and asked me to go there. After this I am trying to repair my leptop with local service center.
After one month I sent mail to dell service center . they proposed me Rs 17000 charges to repair my dell laptop. I cannot pay this mount to repair my laptop.
So I have some questions?
1) Is this DELL company service and support to leave the customer after saliling a product ?
2) Is the dell leave the costumers After one year(warranty) . and do not care for further serveices?
3) If I take warranty again and pay RS 17000 is there any warranty that this DELL leptop will not have problem after one year because then i have to pay RS 17000 again.
After a short peroid of warenty expirartion if this much big problem comes that means the product is not good quality and over this company does not have good service and support

DELL LAPTOP — wifi connectivity gets lost after every 2-3 min
sir, i have bought a dell laptop just 2 months back and since then wifi connectivity problem is there.now they are saying that that's not our problem its an environmental problem and thereby they are hiding themselves from their responsibilities.
they are not ready to replace my system.
i want you take some tuff steps to tackle them and help me out.
