I received the laptop 10-12 days ago. I am totally satisfied with the product from the 3rd day from the received date.
The touchpad stopped working suddenly.
After 1 day, the touchpad started working somehow, I don't know, how?
There was a heating issue with the laptop, the laptop getting hanging and windows were freezing from the 1st day, dell technical assistant guided me to fresh install the windows.
I reinstalled the windows. But the windows were freezing randomly.
I updated all the drivers. I have given a lot of time to the laptop in order to make it behave correctly. But the issues are still there.
It's really disappointing, I purchased this laptop for Rs. 54489 with the help of an education loan. The amount I paid for it is huge for me.
I am a student and purchased this laptop for my studies. I got this laptop as a replacement. If I got a replacement system that came out to be faulty again, is this my mistake?
This is totally unfair to send a faulty system in replacement.
I am requesting you to issue a complete refund or provide me a replacement.
please refund the amount so that I can buy any other dell model, this model has come with so many issues.
For, a company like a dell, One laptop is not a big deal but for me as a student, one laptop holds great value.
please help me out. I have performed all the troubleshooting steps but still there is issue. If you sent, e a faulty system then this is not my fault.
I am not able to study because of the issues with the laptops. THe touchpad is not working, windows is flickering frequently.
