Dear sirs,
I have purchase a dell laptop 18 month ago, this time this laptop is out of warranty, but now i find in laptop LCD sreen problem, i talk to the dell support team and given the issues, but they say this LCD cable problem, and they give me his service centre addresse, i approched the service centre along with my laptop, they charges me 1364/=only diagnostic , and not given any receipt for this payment.
when i call them for ;laptop repair problem, then they call me that in laptop LCD and flex cable problem, and they give me 8000/=estimate of this repair cost, I agrere for this amount but the service manager said that your laptop part is not avail;able in dell store, i shocked , and they call me that if you purchase NBT extended warranty for i years, and paid by credit card Rs.16000/=we will replace your part immediatly,
this policy is not good and harrassed to the costomer, and demand more amount , please help me and I wanted the my laptop service. Was this information helpful? |
Even i had the same issue..its a fault in ram.They charged me 1364 for diagnostic and they forced me for extended waranty for 7500 rupees only then they will replace the part. Later I got in done from a local service person for juct 1500 rupees. This policy of Dell sucks...and this will be my last DELL product.
