[Resolved] Dell — Bad Laptop | |
Hi, My name is Abhinav Agrawal and my Service tag number is "4L1Y1BS" Iam extremely dissatisfied with the kind of service I have got from Dell..Since I have purchased this laptop Iam keep getting problems again and again and it seems their is no one who can help me with my issue.. I have purchased this laptop 4 months ago...and since then first my Hard disk then RAM and then the Mother board has been changed though that mother board has been taken back because that also giving me the same problem..now whosoever will read this mail I have a Question to that person and that is..is my laptop meing used for dell's lab purpose or for my own??? I have purchased a DELL laptop and its not working properly.My laptop is in warranty period and it is having a hardware problem. DELL has ensured me that for any hardware problem they will be coming at home and solve the problem but now they are saying that, I will have to come to Lucknow to repair my laptop.Its customer care number is [protected]
