I had booked a laptop with dell on the 10th of July 2009. (Order No[protected]
I was told that the same would be delivered to me within 10 days time.
On checking with them later, i was told it would take some more time... this kept on happening and last time i checked, their website showed that my laptop would be delivered on 24th of August!!!.
I had mailed them twice for the status, but the only reply i got was that the spare parts are not available!! and when i call their customer service they disconnect my calls.
After getting fed up, i cancelled my order, and am awaiting my refund cheque.
But i still need a reply from them as to why there was such a long delay & also why wasnt the customer kept informed.. Was this information helpful? |
