[Resolved] Dell — Red Pixels on inspiron 1545 laptop | |
Actually I am giving up all my hope with dell services here.. I purchased a dell inspiron 1545 on 20th of this month from a retailer.. On the next day itself I got two red spots on my screen..from that day I have been contacting the dell technicalsupport team to get this rectified.. At the first call, a lady named lopamudra answered my call and she said that as this is an issue occured with in this short period of time, they will either change the display, or change the laptop. I made it clear that even if it is not possible to replace it, please solve the issue by servicing the laptop..and i got a surety from the othr side..unfortunately the next day she called me back and i was not able to pick up the phone. I called them back and never got this person back on line..and the most surprisingly..i was told about some company policy and was said that i will not get my issue solved..they told me clearly that they give no value for the money that i have spend for this.. They started passing my call to different people..one guy said that he will transfer my call to the authorized person and he transfered my call to the call management department...How will you feel like when this happens..they will offer you heaven before purchasing and just after you give the money..you are in the dustbin.. I even didnt wanted the laptop replaced..I just asked tosend a technician to service the laptop display.. You know it is very heart breaking that you have spend 38000RS inorder to purchase a laptopwith two bright red spots on the screen.. I am now thinking tht what will be the status of my services after one year if this is happening to me just after a day.. I am reallllyyy reallyyyy embarassed and disappointed that I opted for dell.. I am sure that this posting will not help me in anyway..but for the sake of it.. My thousands are gone in wain for this $h...t.. Was this information helpful? | |

i hav given complain against my laptop(inspiron1545) to load vista but they told that xp is best & then i agree to that.But after few days when i asked them to load vista they didn't show ny response.plz kindly look into this matter.
