I had purchased a laptop of your company from Meerut (Fortech Computer Systems Pvt, Ltd, 81/1 Nehru Place, Opp Jagat Cinema, Begum Bridge, Meerut) on 06 Feb 2010. The detail of the same is given below :-

After 4-5 days some problem occurred in the system, basically the windows was opening and since then the system gets re-boot frequently, and giving some error. Subsequently, I had contacted to your customer care centre (complaint ID –[protected] and they sent some instructions through e-mail, for my application itself rather than sending an engineer to see the problem. It proves that how your company helps the customer by teaching him about troubleshooting, who is already anxious as he spent thousand of rupee and got such a bad service. Nevertheless, I had followed the instruction whatever they had sent me, but the problem could not be sorted out. When I went to the dealer he said leave it here only we will send it to the company and they will get it repaired.
I am facing a lot of problem due to non functioning of my laptop. I decided to purchase laptop of Dell because I heard that the technical support service of your company is very good, but after see such response I am loosing my credibility on your company.
At last I would request you to kindly get my laptop repaired at the earliest otherwise I will be compelled to go to the consumer forum.
