I had handed my Dell XCD28 phone to Dell Service Centre, Andheri W Branch, Mumbai on 27th August,2011 due to touch screen issue which was not working properly.
I had told to wait for 15-20 days for replacement but i have not recd the phone till date i.e.more than one month. When i visited personally aftr 20 days to receive my phone the service centre executive first told me that one shipment had come but all the pieces were faulty so they had to return the shipment. 2nd time he told that I have not recd the consignment yet, aftr 5-6 days.
And now yesterday when i called to confirm that my phone has come or not, as he promised to give me on Fri 7th oct, he confirmed that please come and collect the phone,so today when I went to collect my phone he said that still no shipment has come.He told that he has not recd the shipment from Banglore Head Office itself.
So I am not understanding the reason why there is so much delay in replacing the phone.I think they are just giving me fake reasons.
I am facing a real difficulty to remove time from my work and visit the Service Centre again & again.Also its a waste of time & money spent on travelling.
So I need you to take the Prompt Action & also I want One month Extended warranty as my one month warranty has been wasted just like that.
Awaiting for your immediate response & Strict action.

DELL XCD28 — delay in replacement
dell xcd28 cell phone is submitted in service centre before a month. they have assured of giving it within a month. but still they haven't given it.pls take some action against it.
