[Resolved] Dell Customer Service Center — Poor response from Amit Chhabra, Sales Manager, dell | |||
I ordered a dell inspiron studio 14 laptop on 10th aug '10. They gave me the order confirmation only on 20th aug. When i checked the order status on 21st the "estimated delivery date" was 30th aug. But they failed to deliver and never informed the status of delivery. Till today(1st sep '10) they didn't provide any reason and apologise for their delay. Currently, they changed the "estimated date of delivery" as "To be Advised". I dont know , what kind of customer service center they are having without the service to customers. WORST SERVICE! WORST RESPONSE!! WORST AMIT CHHABRA!!! (I think whole organization 'll be like this...) Was this information helpful? | |||

while selling me the there complete cover warranty they called me everyday last 3 days, now when laptop need to avail this service DELL is not responding to my complaints from almost 1 Weak
