Dell — Delivery of Hard drive/repair | |||
Order Acknowledgment form DELL INDIA. The quotation, order acknlodgment and mail copy sent by your team is attached. Basing on the order the payment was made for Rs 15000.48 on 19th Nov 2012. Till date no solution is received. Service tag code: FM9KZM1 The warranty end date in the order/quote is 19 Nov 2014. But in website it shows 19-Nov- 2013. Payment is made on 19th Nov 2012 for replacement of hard drive till date I have not received the replacement hard drive. This one of the worst service received. Every time I call the customer service , executive says it will be resolved within 2 days. Till date not received any solution Was this information helpful? | |||
