I have purchased my DELL studio laptop direct from dell (service tag: C6HV3BS) on Aug'09. After purchase of my system, I have faced weird problem with my DVD-ROM. It’s got replaced three times, which I think is a manufacturing defect from DELL. Because all two DVD-ROMs can`t be faulty.
I have contacted customer care several times for same problem but I didn`t got any satisfactory answer, why my DVD-ROM is replaced for so many times. What is the real problem? Every time
They say that some serious decisions are going on regarding this problem. Our technicians are working to resolve this issue.
Currently my laptop is in under warranty when same out of warranty then what will i do.Pls suggest me asap & resolve problem permanently.Tray drive is better than Slot optical drive. Was this information helpful? |
